Yes. Every stone we sell is natural and mined from the earth. We never sell synthetic or lab-created stones. Any treatment is clearly disclosed in each stone’s description.
Each listing states its treatments clearly. Stones marked “No Heat” or “Unheated” have not been heat-treated. If a stone has any treatment, we say so in its description.
Where a stone has a lab report, it is listed under “Certificates” in the description. If you’d like a stone certified, contact us and we can arrange it.

Customers must notify TREASURED at info@treasured.global and hand the return shipment to the carrier within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery. The carrier acceptance date determines whether the return was shipped on time. Items must be returned in their original condition with all certificates and documentation. Customers are responsible for return shipping, appropriate insurance, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other associated return costs, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Once the returned item is received, TREASURED will inspect it to verify its identity, condition, and eligibility. Refunds are authorized only after inspection and approval, then issued to the original payment method. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Yes. If you have a natural stone you’d like to sell, send us photos and details (weight, origin, any treatments and certificates) through our Contact page, and we may make you a fair offer.

Every stone ships fully insured, with tracking and a signature required on delivery, in discreet packaging.
Most stones ship from Bangkok, Thailand, by insured express courier with tracking and signature required. Delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, plus any time in customs.
Shipping is based on your order total and includes insurance: under $200, $20; $200–$499, $45; $500–$1,999, $65; $2,000–$4,999, $95; $5,000 and up, $125. We ship worldwide.
International orders, including US deliveries shipped from Thailand, may be subject to import duties, taxes, and courier brokerage fees in the destination country. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs at delivery. We always declare the true value and describe every package as loose natural gemstones. If you’d like to prepay duties or have any other shipping questions, contact us before ordering and we’ll help.
